Deine Aufgaben

  • End-to-End-Verantwortung im Order-to-Cash-Prozess für Key Accounts
  • Operativer Sparringspartner für Key Account Manager
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams in der EMEA-Region
  • Proaktives Exception Management und Kundenkommunikation
  • Sicherstellung von definierten Service Level Agreements

Dein Profil

  • Deutsch auf Muttersprachenniveau; sehr gutes Englisch
  • Erfahrung in Distribution/Logistik und/oder Key Account Service Management
  • Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen (z. B. Salesforce, Hubspot) und ERP-Systemen (z. B. SAP, Oracle)
  • Starker Service-Mindset, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, hohe Resilienz
