This position supports patients in Milan, Saline, Ann Arbor, Ypsilanti, Belleville, Romulus, Plymouth, Canton, Northville, Chelsea, Dexter and surrounding areas.

We are looking for compassionate speech language pathologists with:
- Master’s degree from a speech and hearing program certified by the American Speech and Hearing Association to practice in the state in which you work.
- License and certification as a Speech Therapist, issued by the state in which you will work.
- Minimum of one year healthcare experience
- Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations
- A commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting
- The skills needed to self-manage your time and schedule
- Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software

What you'll do
- The Home Health Speech Language Pathologist will collaborate with a care team to manage and deliver patient care plans. This role involves providing care to patients in various locations and ensuring timely charting and documentation.
