Job Description:
Teach enrichment courses in ELA, Math, or/and Science.
Implement the provided curriculum and differentiating lesson plans to meet all students’ needs
Administer pre and post assessments to track student progress during the program
Assist in supporting workshops provided by Coaches
Escort students to the cafeteria in an orderly fashion
Assist in the check-in of students by taking daily attendance and making sure all students have been accounted for before submitting attendance to administrative staff
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Must be available and able teach the entire sections.
New York State Certification for middle or/and secondary education in content area required.
Masters degree (preferred) and 3 years of teaching experience with high school students required.
Pay Range:
$2,500-$3,500
