The Team You Will Join

We are looking for a Tax Analyst to join our Luxembourg team. The role involves determine and analyse taxes payable, ensure proper compliance with formal tax obligations, resolve queries and issue technical reports on tax matters.

You will report directly to the Regional Benelux Tax Lead.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day tasks related with Lux taxes, including CIT, VAT, Wage tax, TP, periodical closings and reportings, among others, under supervision of the Regional Benelux Tax Lead and reporting to him.

  • Active role on tax audits, including partnering with advisors and moving forward communications with tax authorities.

  • Partner with Global Transfer Pricing team on our global and local transfer pricing documentation, provide quality assurance and manage local partners.

  • Work with the Spanish tax team on tax planning projects and collaborate with the broader tax and finance teams.

  • Lead on cross-functional projects with a studio / content focus, working closely with internal stakeholders.

  • Stay up to date with BENELUX and European tax developments, research complex tax issues, prepare technical memos and educate fellow team members and other teams.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience (law firm, public accounting and/or industry).

  • Law degree or CPA equivalent, and/or advanced degree in Taxation.

  • Excellent people skills.

  • Excellent communication skills (fluent in English; fluency in Spanish would be a relevant extra-bonus, French good knowledge really helps,

  • Deep technical knowledge.

  • Strong analytical capabilities and judgment.

  • Hands-on/can do mentality.

  • Ability to work proactively and independently under tight timeframes in a fast-paced environment.
