Principales tareas:
- Cumplimiento normativo y seguridad: Velar por el cumplimiento de disposiciones legales vigentes, normas técnicas y reglamentos aplicables a las operaciones de transporte. Supervisar la implementación de protocolos de seguridad y planes de respuesta ante emergencias.
- Planificación y programación: Coordinar, asignar y programar las unidades de transporte diarias, asegurando la optimización de recursos y la continuidad del servicio.
- Control operativo: Revisar, actualizar y controlar el ciclo de transporte (round-trip) de las empresas contratadas. Monitorear el desempeño de las unidades en ruta para garantizar puntualidad, seguridad y calidad del producto.
- Gestión de indicadores y reportes: Ejecutar y emitir indicadores mensuales relacionados con operaciones en campo (OPTs, FTO, pre-viajes, simulacros), asegurando la trazabilidad y mejora continua.
- Investigación y análisis: Liderar investigaciones de incidentes y accidentes aplicando metodologías reconocidas (ICAM), proponiendo acciones correctivas y preventivas.
- Gestión de flota y mantenimiento: Analizar la capacidad operativa de la flota y dar seguimiento a programas y comités de mantenimiento, asegurando disponibilidad y confiabilidad de las unidades.
- Relación con socios estratégicos: Coordinar con empresas transportistas y áreas internas para garantizar estándares de seguridad, calidad y eficiencia en el servicio.
- Gestión de requerimientos comerciales: Coordinar con Compras y Contrataciones las solicitudes de flete requeridas por el área comercial para atender nuevos requerimientos del cliente.
- Auditorías y control: Realizar auditorías de gestión de seguridad en transporte y verificar el cumplimiento de políticas corporativas.
- Gestión de proyectos: Dirigir la implementación de proyectos orientados a mejorar la operación en su zona de responsabilidad
Encajarás en el puesto si:
- Experiencia profesional: Mínimo tres (03) años en administración del transporte o posiciones similares en empresas del sector minero, industrial, operadores logísticos o afines (deseable).
- Conocimientos técnicos: Manejo de normativa MATPEL I y II relacionada con combustibles (deseable) y experiencia en transporte de mercancías peligrosas.
- Conocimiento geográfico y operativo: Dominio de rutas, programación de unidades y logística en zonas de operación minera.
- Licencia de conducir: Categoría A-1 (indispensable).
- Competencias digitales: Manejo de paquete Office a nivel intermedio y familiaridad con sistemas ERP (SAP deseable).
- Disponibilidad: Residencia en Arequipa y disposición para viajar frecuentemente a puntos de operación (indispensable).
- Idioma: Inglés a nivel intermedio (deseable).
