Principales tareas:
- Supervisar y garantizar: la disponibilidad de stock, asegurando el cumplimiento de los pronósticos de abastecimiento y la atención oportuna de los requerimientos de los distribuidores mayoristas.
- Coordinar y controlar: las operaciones de despacho en las Plantas de Ventas, brindando atención integral a mayoristas en Lima y Provincias, incluyendo la gestión de reclamos, mantenimientos e inspecciones.
- Gestionar el reporting operativo mensual: velando por el cumplimiento de auditorías y el seguimiento oportuno de las actividades establecidas en el cronograma de licitaciones de servicios operativos.
- Impulsar y supervisar la ejecución de proyectos: de digitalización y mejoras tecnológicas orientadas a incrementar la eficiencia operativa.
- Identificar oportunidades de mejora continua: proponiendo iniciativas para optimizar procesos y reducir costos logísticos.
- Administrar y controlar el presupuesto anual del área: asegurando su correcta ejecución y alineación con los objetivos estratégicos del negocio.
Encajarás en el puesto si:
- Formación Académica: Bachiller o titulado en las carreras de Administración, Ingeniería Industrial y/o afines.
- Experiencia profesional: Mínimo tres (03) años en funciones afines a logística, cadena de suministros u operaciones o afines a las funciones
- Idiomas: Inglés nivel intermedio / avanzado.
- Conocimientos técnicos: Conocimientos en manejo de mercancías peligrosas y especificaciones de calidad de combustibles. (deseable)
- Formación Complementaria: Cursos / Diplomados / Maestría en Operaciones, Cadena de Suministros, Gestión de Inventarios, Transporte y Distribución, Proyectos u otros afines al puesto.
