El equipo al que te unes:
La Dirección de Ingeniería es responsable de la gestión de proyectos industriales de Repsol. Dentro de ella, el área de Estimaciones y Planificación cuenta con un equipo de 10 profesionales altamente especializados, con más de 10 años de experiencia en estimaciones de inversión y planificación de proyectos de plantas de proceso.
Como Ingeniero/a de Estimaciones, participarás en proyectos estratégicos vinculados a la transformación industrial de Repsol: descarbonización, biocombustibles, combustibles sintéticos, hidrógeno, poliolefinas circulares, entre otros. Tu misión será desarrollar estimaciones de inversión desde fases tempranas (ingeniería conceptual) hasta la fase FEL, asegurando la coherencia y fiabilidad de los costes y plazos, y contribuyendo a la toma de decisiones estratégicas.
Trabajarás en estrecha colaboración con equipos de Proyectos, Procesos, Dirección Técnica, Compras y Construcción, aportando análisis cuantitativos y facilitando la gestión de riesgos. Esta posición te permitirá adquirir una visión integral del ciclo de vida de los proyectos industriales y desarrollar competencias críticas en estimación, planificación y control.
Principales tareas:
- Liderar la definición y control del plan de estimaciones de proyectos industriales.
- Realizar estimaciones en todas las fases del proyecto y supervisar las realizadas por terceros.
- Elaborar planes de ejecución y participar en análisis de riesgos, proponiendo medidas de mitigación.
- Colaborar en la definición de estrategias de contratación y optimización de costes y plazos.
- Desarrollar procedimientos y estándares de estimación para la compañía, incorporando lecciones aprendidas y mejores prácticas.
