El equipo al que te unes:
El equipo de Riesgos se encuentra dentro de la dirección de Procesos de Compliance que reporta directamente al CCO del Grupo Repsol y está ubicada dentro de la Dirección General de Asuntos Legales.
Principales tareas:
Mantener actualizado el marco regulatorio y mapa de riesgos de Compliance de los 6 dominios.
Desplegar el plan plurianual de análisis de riesgos y trabajos de supervisión de los negocios y países con riesgos teóricos más altos.
Adaptar la normativa interna, procesos y herramientas a las actividades de los negocios y estándares de referencia.
Garantizar la trazabilidad y actualización de la documentación soporte del Modelo Integral de Compliance a nivel Grupo Repsol o modelos locales en España.
Realizar el seguimiento de los planes de acción que se identifiquen en las fases de verificación o respuesta.
Participar en acciones de formación y comunicación.

Encajarás en el puesto si:
Posees un Grado en ADE, doble titulación ADE y Derecho, Ingeniería o similar.
Presentas conocimientos y experiencia del área de Compliance.
Tienes un nivel de inglés de B2 o superior.
Posees conocimiento avanzado de herramientas ofimáticas (Sharepoint, Excel, Power Point, Power BI, etc.) y digitales (IA).
