Principales tareas:

  • Desarrollar y ejecutar análisis de inteligencia comercial del entorno competitivo y del modelo de negocio.
  • Asegurar y gestionar la relación con los clientes del mercado mayorista (diesel, gasolinas y residuales), GLP, asfaltos, aviación y azufre.
  • Desarrollar y mantener informes y dashboards que proporcionen visibilidad sobre el rendimiento de las operaciones en forma diaria, mensual y anual.
  • Colaborar con equipos, dentro y fuera de la Dirección OLCR, para asegurar un correcto control de los procesos del negocio.
  • Participar en proyectos de mejora continua y automatizaciones para incrementar la eficiencia y efectividad de los procesos de planificación.
  • Gestionar y construir modelos de datos eficientes para análisis o dashboards en BI asegurando la calidad de la información.
  • Liderar y asegurar la facturación de los clientes del portafolio de la gerencia.

Encajarás en el puesto si:

Formación Académica: Bachiller de universitario en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial, Economía o un campo relacionado.

Experiencia:  Mínima de 1 año en un puesto relacionado (deseable)

Conoces lo siguiente:

  • Conocimiento de SAP: Experiencia en el uso de SAP para la gestión de procesos de planificación y ejecución (deseable)
  • Conocimiento del negocio: Comprensión de los procesos operativos y comerciales de la organización.
  • Gestión de datos: Habilidad para manejar grandes volúmenes de datos y utilizarlos para generar información útil.
  • Manejo de herramientas de planificación: Conocimientos en el uso de software y herramientas específicas para la planificación y la gestión de proyectos.
