We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President of IT Enterprise Applications, ERP and Architecture to lead enterprise strategy and execution across these critical functions. This leader will help define and drive our SAP and enterprise application strategy, partner with executives and business unit leaders to identify high value opportunities, and establish technology roadmaps that enable growth and innovation. The role requires a rare blend of strategic vision and hands-on expertise, serving as both architect and day-to-day driver of global platform initiatives that position Repligen for long-term success
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Proven experience deploying enterprise solutions in areas such as HR, Finance, Manufacturing, Logistics, Commercial, and internal operations.
Experience:
o 20+ years in technology leadership with proven success driving complex, enterprise-wide initiatives.
o Deep expertise of SAP S/4HANA architecture, modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, etc.), and integration best practices. Experience and track record of SAP migrations and transformations.
o Expertise in Salesforce CRM platform and applications
o Proven experience deploying enterprise solutions in areas such as HR, Finance, Manufacturing, Logistics, Commercial, and internal operations.
o Expertise in key applications for QMS, PLM, MES,CRM, HR, Finance
o Deep knowledge of application architecture, cloud/on-premise environments, and enterprise systems integration.
o Proven experience deploying enterprise solutions in areas such as HR, Finance, Manufacturing, Logistics, Commercial, and internal operations.
o Strong balance of leadership and hands-on implementation; ability to translate vision into practical outcomes.
o Experience leading global application initiatives within biotech and/or bioprocessing industries strongly preferred.
Education
o Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred (relevant industry experience may substitute).
o SAP and Salesforce certifications are a significant asset

The estimated base salary range for this role, based in the United States of America is $239,022.75 -$366,501.55 . Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to an individual's qualifications, location, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Additionally, employees are eligible to participate in one of our variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and eligible roles may receive equity as part of the compensation package.
