We have already delivered early products to our customers and we are now moving from pilot to full commercialization, expanding our customer base and scaling operations.

To drive this next phase, we’re seeking a Senior or Mid-level Product Manager who thrives in start-up environments - comfortable with autonomy, adaptable to change, and motivated to help shape a fast-growing sustainability business from the ground up

In this role, you’ll participate in every stage of product development, from brainstorming through feature release. Using your product vision, analytical skills, and strong communication abilities, you will own the strategy and development of multiple features. Over time, this role has the potential to grow into a Head of Product position for renew.

• Work cross-functionally - across engineering, data science, design, scientific and commercial teams - to ensure timely high quality feature delivery and effective commercialization
  
• Detail-oriented and highly developed organizational skills including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

What you’ll bring to the team

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (engineering, computer science, mathematics etc) or a related scientific discipline (e.g. ecology, biology)
  
• At least 5 years of product management experience, ideally in the B2B SaaS space
  
• Experience working at fast-paced environments
  
• Candidates for this role can be based in the UK or the EU. The venture is based in the UK, but will build a global team, and will create a native remote-working culture.
