Job Summary:

The Promoter Manager plays a critical role in hiring new marketing associates, training and coaching in each territory, and prioritizing efforts to optimize results. The main responsibility of this position is to guide and coach new employees to ensure they can generate the appropriate number of leads needed for our sales staff at the most cost-effective means possible. This position will oversee all promoters within their designated territory, thus requiring heavy travel.

Essential Functions/Physical Requirements of Job:

· Build the F2F program from the ground up, including strategy, processes, staffing model, reporting, and performance standards

· Recruit, train, and manage field representatives to ensure consistent execution, strong performance, and brand-aligned customer interactions

· Identify challenges and develop solutions within each market.

· Identify, source, and secure high-value retail and event partnerships (big box stores, local retailers, community events, home shows, and specialty venues).

· Develop and foster ongoing positive working relationships with the business leadership, vendors, and customers.

· Design scalable event and retail activation playbooks, including booth standards, messaging, staffing guidelines, and customer experience flows

· Lead, assist, and motivate employees to meet and exceed sales goals.

· Analyze performance data to optimize venues, shift investments, and continuously refine the F2F strategy.

· Responsible for submitting all paperwork completely and accurately.

· Responsible for accurately tracking and communicating all activity to Retail Operations.

· Manage event and retail budgets, including forecasting, ROI analysis, and vendor negotiations.

Qualifications:

· At least 5 years of leadership experience in Face-to-Face lead acquisition with regional or national scope (Preferred industry experience: home-improvement, solar, telco or similar high-ticket B2C)

· Proven track record of managing large, distributed teams and delivering lead generation results in face-to-face channels

· Data-driven, with experience using analytics to drive decisions and performance. Teaches both managers and promoters/canvassers how to self-diagnosis KPIs to make performance improvements

· Talent Management expertise with a proven playbook for recruiting, onboarding, and retaining high-energy canvass, retail and event promoters at scale

· Strong operational mindset with experience building scalable processes and systems, with a track record of increasing lead volume while improving efficiency through program improvements

· Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills

· Willingness to travel as needed to support field teams and campaigns

· Hands-on Leader who regularly spends time in the field coaching and demonstrating lead generation (doesn't just “talk the talk” can really “walk the walk”)

· Tech savvy leader who can implement and optimize technology to improve success with field-marketing applications, digital lead generation tools, geo-fencing, and CRM attribution

· Financially literate, P&L owner who can drive cost efficiency with the ability to model ROI scenarios for new markets and events

Computer Operations:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite, and the ability to learn and effectively use software applications such as ADP, Lead Perfection, Salesforce, and other applications used in job duties.

Physical Requirements:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should be able to stand for extended periods of time and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.

Job Classification:

Job is exempt from the overtime provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act. Salary and benefits shall be paid consistent with Renuity, LLC salary and benefits policy.

Work Environment:

Kiosk and showroom locations spaced around outside vendors (Costco, BJs, Local events).

Traveling required

Work Hours:

Hours vary based on department and season. Night and weekends are required.

Expected to work 45-55 hours a week, 5-6 days a week (or as scheduling is required) where managers are physically present. This time includes mainly coaching, pitching, and leading by example. Minimal amounts of time should be spent on other activities. Interviewing and recruiting efforts would make up most hours not spent pitching and coaching.
