Vos responsabilités
Votre mission en tant que Consultant sera de déployer les solutions du portefeuille Fircosoft chez nos clients qui sont pour la plupart des institutions financières.
Le portefeuille Fircosoft est composé de 2 solutions majeures qui permettent à nos clients de filtrer leurs données contre des listes de surveillance. Nos solutions leur permettent de détecter la présence d'entités criminels au sein de leurs données et ainsi d'être en conformité avec les régulations LFT (Lutte contre le Financement du Terrorisme).
Firco Continuity : permet de filtrer les messages de paiement en temps réel
Firco Trust : permet de filtrer les bases client
Un projet de déploiement se déroule en 5 phases :
Cadrage
Implémentation technique
Configuration des solutions
Formation des utilisateurs
Assistance pendant la phase de recette et la mise en production
Votre profil
Diplôme d'ingénieur en informatique (Bac+5 ou équivalent)
Bilingue Français et Anglais (contacts réguliers avec clients externes et en interne à travers l’Europe)
Connaissance des différents OS (Unix/Linux, Windows) et des bases de données (ORACLE, SQL)
Connaissances en IBM MQ Series, REST API, Docker, Kubernetes, Redis, Kafka, Dapr et webservers (Apache Tomcat) appréciées
Une expérience dans le secteur bancaire/finance, dont le Financial Crime and Compliance (FCC), ou Know Your Customer (KYC), est un plus mais pas obligatoire
Forte culture de la satisfaction client, esprit d’équipe et curiosité pour appréhender nos logiciels et solutions

What you'll do
- As a Consultant, you will deploy Fircosoft solutions for clients, primarily financial institutions. The deployment process includes five phases: scoping, technical implementation, solution configuration, user training, and support during production.
