About the Role
Provide administrative support to the CIO of Technology - Infrastructure and Enterprise Services. This is part-time role estimated at 10-15 hours per month.
Responsibilities
Primary tasks will be:
Processing of expense reports
Handling travel bookings and logistics
Facilitating IES Quarterly Awards
Creating presentation for quarterly All Hands Meeting - presentation creation (including Spotlight recognition collation)
Authoring quarterly newsletter with the assistance of IES team members
Handling of email comms sent to entirety of IES team or a subset depending on content
Coordinate team social events and Cares events
Requirements
5+ years of experience as an executive/ administrative assistant to executive level leadership
Technical skills in Microsoft Office suite and similar platforms
Strong organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask with a strong attention to detail
