About the Role

Provide administrative support to the CIO of Technology - Infrastructure and Enterprise Services. This is part-time role estimated at 10-15 hours per month.

Responsibilities

Primary tasks will be:

  • Processing of expense reports

  • Handling travel bookings and logistics

  • Facilitating IES Quarterly Awards

  • Creating presentation for quarterly All Hands Meeting - presentation creation (including Spotlight recognition collation)

  • Authoring quarterly newsletter with the assistance of IES team members

  • Handling of email comms sent to entirety of IES team or a subset depending on content

  • Coordinate team social events and Cares events

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as an executive/ administrative assistant to executive level leadership

  • Technical skills in Microsoft Office suite and similar platforms

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to multitask with a strong attention to detail

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $44,500 - $74,100. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.
