• Experience real production operations on the shop floor
• Understand how production planning and workflow work in a manufacturing environment
• Track and monitor production output compared to targets
• Create automated reports using Power Applications
• Join problem-solving and root cause analysis activities
• Support continuous improvement projects to make processes better

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a business-related field
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes is a plus
• Familiarity with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Power Applications (e.g., Power Query)
• Available for a minimum 4–6 months internship
