• Understand the role, workflow, and safety practices of a failure analysis laboratory.
• Learn basic data automation, data management, dashboards, and automated reporting using digital tools.
• Learn process mapping, identify inefficiencies, and apply basic continuous improvement concepts.
• Understand laboratory equipment operation, data output, and basic preventive maintenance concepts.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Materials, Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic, or Industrial).
• Background or coursework in Data, Automation, or Information Systems is an added advantage.
• Basic understanding of laboratory or manufacturing environments is a plus.
• Knowledge or exposure to Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools is preferred.
