Contexte et environnement de travail

Au sein de la Direction Sales & Operations – Tech Launching

chez Renault, nous participons à un projet stratégique : le développement d’un outil informatique centralisateur destiné à améliorer la collaboration et la performance des équipes.

Vos missions

Vous serez le point de contact privilégié de notre Direction pour ce projet. Votre rôle sera essentiel pour assurer la coordination entre les équipes métiers et les équipes projet, et garantir que nos besoins soient correctement pris en compte.

Vos responsabilités :

  • Coordination & Communication :
    • Assurer le lien entre la Direction Sales & Operations et les équipes projet IT.
    • Organiser et animer des points de suivi avec les parties prenantes dans notre Direction.
    • Préparer des supports de communication et de reporting pour la Direction.
  • Contribution au projet :
    • Recueillir et formaliser les besoins métiers.
    • Participer aux ateliers de conception et être force de proposition sur les fonctionnalités.
  • Missions complémentaires :
    • Intervenir sur le suivi d’autres projets en cours au sein de la Direction (analyse, reporting, préparation de présentations).
    • Contribuer à l’amélioration des processus internes.

Qui êtes-vous ?

  • Vous préparez un diplôme de niveau BAC+3 à 5 de type école de commerce, ingénieur ou université.
  • Excellentes compétences en organisation, coordination et communication.
  • Capacité d’analyse et de synthèse.
  • Aisance relationnelle et goût pour le travail en équipe.
  • Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Excel, PowerPoint) ; connaissance des outils collaboratifs appréciée.
  • Vous maitrisez l'anglais à l'écrit et à l'oral.
