Job Title: Travel Agent (Amadeus Specialist)

Location: Dominican Republic (ONSITE) or Philippines (Remote)

About Us:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Travel Agent to join our team, supporting both international and domestic travel bookings. This role is ideal for candidates with strong experience in Amadeus reservation management and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage travel bookings for individual travelers and groups using Amadeus.
• Prepare and issue group contract tickets in Amadeus.
• Read, interpret, and apply fare rules accurately to ensure correct pricing.
• Coordinate with clients and vendors via email and phone in professional English.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, itineraries, and travel documentation in MS Excel.
• Assist with both international and domestic travel arrangements.
• Provide support and guidance to clients regarding travel policies, fares, and regulations.

• Proven experience as a Travel Agent with a strong focus on using the Amadeus system.
• Experience with both international and domestic group bookings.
• Knowledge of fare structures and fare rules in Amadeus.
• Fluency in Spanish is highly advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, multi-task, and manage time efficiently.

• Work full-time from 9 AM - 5 PM EST

• Salary USD 650-700 Monthly
