About this role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Estimator with experience in construction projects and blueprint analysis. The ideal candidate will be skilled in reviewing drawings, preparing accurate cost estimates, and communicating clearly with customers while managing projects efficiently using digital tools.
Key Responsibilities- Review and analyze construction drawings and specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates.
- Perform quantity takeoffs and pricing based on materials, labor, and scope of work.
- Communicate with customers to clarify project requirements and provide estimates.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure estimates align with project scope and timelines.
- Track estimating tasks, revisions, and approvals using ClickUp.
- Use Bluebeam for markup, takeoffs, and drawing analysis.
- Experience in construction estimating and blueprint/drawing interpretation.
- Proficiency in Bluebeam for takeoffs and document review.
- Experience using ClickUp or similar project management tools.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple estimates in a fast-paced environment.
