Job Title: Data & Donor Management Specialist

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data & Donor Management Specialist to oversee the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of donor and participant data. This role plays a critical part in supporting fundraising operations, donor engagement, and leadership reporting by managing data across multiple systems and ensuring timely communication and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date donor and participant records across Salesforce, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks.
- Perform regular data quality checks and implement quality control measures to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Develop, maintain, and improve automated systems and workflows to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
- Process donations, event registration fees, and pledge payments in a timely and accurate manner.
- Generate and send donor communications, including thank-you letters, tax receipts, and milestone acknowledgments.
- Prepare and send monthly invoices and actively follow up on open pledges.
- Track and report on fundraising progress and donor engagement metrics.
- Provide regular updates and insights to the Leadership Team to support decision-making.
- Experience with Salesforce (SF) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
- Experience with QuickBooks is a plus.
- Familiarity with email tools such as GMass is an advantage; training will be provided if needed.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong written communication skills for donor-facing correspondence.

- Hours: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (EST)
- Days: Monday to Thursday
