To efficiently maintain the appearance of the outside grounds and interior plants.
Essential Job Functions:
1. Safely cut/trim all lawn and grass areas to maintain a well-kept and clean appearance.
2. Trim and prune all shrubs, trees and related plant material.
3. Maintain perennial flowers.
4. Clean up parking lot, grounds, and walkways.
5. Operate the irrigation system.
6. Water all non-irrigated planting areas.
7. Feed, water and maintain all interior plants.
8. Paint ground related fixtures, curbs and finishes.
9. Fertilize and treat all flowers, shrubs and trees.
10. Repair and maintain all ground related power equipment.
11. Assist with seasonal decorating.
