Greet guests in a warm, professional manner
Take and prepare food and beverage orders accurately
Operate POS system and handle cash and credit transactions
Maintain cleanliness of bistro, kitchen, and dining areas
Restock food, beverages, and supplies as needed
Follow food safety, sanitation, and company standards
Complete opening and closing duties as assigned
Communicate effectively with team members and management
Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures
Previous customer service or food service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Flexible availability, including weekends, AM/PM shifts and holidays
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50lbs
Food Handler Certification (or ability to obtain)
Team-oriented work environment
