국내외 학회, 국제회의, 전시회 등 다양한 행사를 기획부터 실행까지 총괄하는 프로젝트 매니저를 모집합니다.
고객의 목표를 이해하고 전략적 기획과 체계적 운영을 통해 성공적인 이벤트를 구현하며, 프로젝트의 품질과 수익성을 함께 관리하는 역할을 담당합니다.
주요 업무
- 컨퍼런스 및 이벤트의 전체 일정, 예산, 인력 계획 수립 및 실행
- 고객 및 이해관계자 커뮤니케이션 및 관계 관리
- 연사, 전시, 등록, 현장 운영 등 전반적인 행사 관리-
- 협력업체 및 공급사 관리, 계약 및 협상
- 행사 마케팅, 홍보 및 후원사 관리 지원
- 행사 종료 후 결과 분석 및 개선사항 도출
자격 요건
- 학사 이상 (이벤트·경영·커뮤니케이션·관광 관련 전공 우대)
- PCO, MICE, 이벤트 기획 등 유관 경력 5~10년 이상
- 대형 또는 국제행사 프로젝트 리딩 경험자
- 예산 및 일정 관리 능력, 우수한 커뮤니케이션 스킬 보유
- 영어 커뮤니케이션 가능자 (문서 및 회의)
- MS Offi ce 활용 가능자
