About the Role:

The Event Content Specialist supports content‑related activities for special experiences and events outside of RX Conference products. This role helps coordinate schedules, partners, and speakers to ensure smooth execution of both in‑person and digital initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and maintain schedules for special event content programs.
• Communicate with partners and collaborators to support content planning and delivery.
• Coordinate speakers for webinars and other digital activities not linked to RX Conference products.

Requirements:

• Education in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields, or equivalent practical experience.
• Approximately 2 years of experience in marketing, events, content coordination, or similar roles (experience from internships, volunteer work, or freelance projects is welcome).
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with attention to detail.
