<div><strong>Overview:</strong><br>The Patient Care Officer also known as the Billing Processor (MEC), is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and processing the patients' Statement of Account (SOA) accurately and in a timely manner.<br><br><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul><li>Generate and process customer Statement of Account (SOA) based on contracts, purchase orders, and service agreements.</li><li>Review billing data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies before submission.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, tax regulations, and client requirements.</li><li>Maintain and update billing records in the accounting system.</li><li>Communicate with internal teams and clients to clarify billing issues or discrepancies.</li><li>Process adjustments, credits, and revision of SOA as necessary.</li><li>Prepare and distribute billing reports for management review.</li><li>Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities related to billing.</li><li>Respond promptly to client inquiries regarding invoices and payment status.</li></ul><div><strong><br></strong></div><div><strong>Qualifications:</strong></div><ul><li>Education: <ul><li>A bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.</li></ul></li><li>Experience:<ul><li>1–2 years in billing, accounts receivable, or a related finance role.</li></ul></li><li>Skills:<ul><li>Proficiency in billing software and MS Office (Excel, Word).</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills.</li><li>Good communication and problem-solving abilities.</li></ul></li></ul><div> </div><div><span class="fr-video fr-deletable fr-fvc fr-dvb"><iframe width="640" height="360" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/JTH6wFU5bCQ?&wmode=opaque" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen=""></iframe></span></div><div><br></div><div><span style="color: rgb(204, 204, 204);">(REQ #2656)</span></div>
