About Relevent Football Partners

Relevent Football Partners (RFP) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Relevent, purpose-built to commercialise the UEFA men’s club competitions globally. An independent entity, RFP is tasked with providing UC3 - the joint venture between UEFA and European Football Clubs (EFC) - strategic and sales support in the worldwide marketing and sale of media, sponsorship, and licensing rights for the UEFA Champions League, UEFA Europa League, UEFA Conference League, UEFA Super Cup, UEFA Youth League, and the UEFA Futsal Champions League.

Following the UC3 tender process, Relevent Football Partners was awarded the commercial rights to the UEFA men’s club competitions (Champions League, Europa League, and Conference League) on a global basis for the 2027 to 2033 cycle.


As such, Relevent Football Partners is now seeking to build a truly world class business focused on the monetisation of these commercial rights.

Position Summary

The Partnerships Executive will provide essential support in delivering best-in-class servicing and activation for UC3’s global sponsorship portfolio across UEFA’s club competitions. Working closely with the Partnerships Manager and Global Partnerships Lead, this role ensures the smooth execution of partner rights, assists with campaign delivery, and contributes to creating exceptional experiences for UC3’s partners.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a proactive and can-do attitude, looking to build or continue their career in sports partnerships, gaining hands-on experience in account management and activation across major global brands with a world-class portfolio of rights.

Key Responsibilities

Partnership Support

· Assist in the delivery of contracted rights and activations for UC3’s global partners.

· Work closely with the Partnerships Manager and Global Partnerships Lead to ensure seamless delivery of partner objectives.

· Support the Partnerships Manager in day-to-day account servicing and operational tasks.

· Help schedule and organise partner meetings and communications.

· Coordinate logistics for partner activations, events, and campaigns.

· Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, reports, and presentations for partner meetings.

· Act as a point of contact for partners on administrative matters, ensuring timely and professional responses.

· Contribute to post-activation reviews and insights to support continuous improvement.

· Collaborate with internal teams in tracking partnership performance, gathering data for ROI analysis and reporting.

· Support a collaborative, client-centric culture within the partnerships team.

Qualifications & Experience

· Experience in partnerships, sponsorship, or account management across sports and/or entertainment.

· Demonstrable understanding of the sports sponsorship and media rights landscape.

· Strong organisational and administrative skills with high-level attention to detail.

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Thrives on building strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint essential).

· Fluent English required, additional languages an advantage.
