For the upcoming season, we are looking for Housekeeping Supervisor!
Job Description
What you’ll be doing in this role:
- Supervising daily housekeeping operations to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Leading and supporting the housekeeping team through training, scheduling, and quality control
- Conducting inspections of rooms and public areas to meet resort and safety standards
- Coordinating with Front Office and Maintenance to ensure smooth guest experiences
- Managing housekeeping supplies and supporting sustainable practices
Qualifications
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Able to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
- A team player who collaborates well across departments
- Detail-oriented and thorough in all cleaning tasks
- Focused on providing the exeptional guest experience
- A clear and professional communicator with colleagues and guests
- Able to manage inventory and report low supplies
- Safety-conscious and aware of workplace hazards
