Responsabilità principali:

  • Supportare lo Chef de Partie nella preparazione e nella cottura dei piatti secondo gli standard e le richieste dell'Executive Chef.
  • Assicurarsi che tutte le preparazioni siano completate in modo tempestivo e accurato.
  • Seguire le ricette e le tecniche di cottura specifiche .
  • Mantenere l'igiene e la pulizia della cucina secondo le normative sanitarie.
  • Collaborare con il team di cucina per garantire un servizio fluido e coordinato.

Qualifiche

  • Esperienza precedente in una cucina professionale, preferibilmente in un ruolo simile.
  • Conoscenza delle tecniche culinarie di base e delle normative igienico-sanitarie.
  • Capacità di lavorare in modo efficiente in un ambiente dinamico e sotto pressione.
  • Passione per la cucina e desiderio di apprendere e crescere nel settore.

  • Disponibilità a lavorare su turni, inclusi i fine settimana e i giorni festivi.
