CDD saisonnier
Pétillante et authentique, La Yole de Chris, seconde adresse de Christopher Coutanceau et Nicolas Brossard à la Rochelle, propose de déguster face à l’océan une cuisine au feu de bois et des produits de retour de pêche.
Pour la saison, nous recherchons un(e) Chef de Rang pour embarquer à nos côtés de mai à octobre 2026.
En véritable chef d’orchestre de votre rang, vous aurez pour mission de :
- Prendre les commandes clients et assurer un service fluide, attentif et élégant, sans jamais perdre la convivialité du bistrot marin
- Veiller au bon déroulement du service du premier bonjour au dernier au revoir
Qualifications
- Formation en hôtellerie-restauration indispensable (CAP, BEP, BTS ou équivalent)
- Expérience confirmée en tant que Chef de Rang, idéalement au sein d’une maison Relais & Châteaux
- Sens des responsabilités et réel esprit d’équipe
- Aisance relationnelle, attention aux détails et plaisir du service
- Le petit plus : une bonne maîtrise de l’anglais

What you'll do
- As a Chef de Rang, you will take customer orders and ensure a smooth, attentive, and elegant service while maintaining the convivial atmosphere of the bistro. You will oversee the service from the first greeting to the last farewell.
