At Hutchinson Health, be part of a broad-based mental health practice that is uniquely team oriented. Patient safety and evidence-based care are at the core of all clinical processes.  As a regional mental health center, we serve a diverse set of patients in a variety of settings.

OUR PRACTICE

  • Provides a continuum of care for patients with a team of five psychiatrists: including two adult psychiatrists, and three child and adolescent psychiatrists.
  • Colleagues include mental health professionals working in our outpatient mental health clinic including psychologists, a neuropsychologist, pediatric psychologist, CBT and DBT practicing therapists, and two licensed alcohol and drug counselors. 
  • A 12-bed inpatient mental health unit

OUR ORGANIZATION

  • 65 bed acute care hospital
  • 30 physician multi-specialty clinic and several outpatient and specialty clinics
  • We are the primary provider to a diverse service area of over 35,000 people
  • Part of the HealthPartners system

OUR OPPORTUNITY

  • The practice is seeking a full-time in-clinic or hybrid psychiatrist to work at the outpatient mental health clinic, and as needed on the inpatient mental health unit.
  • All psychiatrists are employed by Hutchinson Health
  • Hutchinson Health offers competitive straight salary plus productivity bonus, sign-on bonus, and generous benefits.
  • Call responsibilities for inpatient are approximately one in six.
