About this role
Provide physical therapy services to clients in their home, under the direction of a physical therapist.
Work Schedule: 1.0 FTE; M-F 8-4:30pm
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate of accredited physical therapy assistant program
- Continuing education as required by state licensing boards
- Must have MN or WI Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license upon start date.
- Must provide proof of MN and WI Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license within 3 months of start, if both MN and WI Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) licenses are not present on start date
- Must have a vehicle with auto insurance and a valid driver’s license and meet all criteria required under Lakeview’s Automobile Liability Guidelines
- Current BLS – American Heart Association or BLS – American Red Cross (CPR/AED for Professional Rescuer & Health Care Provider)
Ability to read, write, and speak the English language
Preferred Qualifications:
Proof of application for alternate state within 4 weeks of start, if both MN and WI Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) licenses are not present on start date
