The Park Nicollet Behavioral Health department is a large, multi-disciplinary group which provides comprehensive mental health services in the Twin Cities.  We are seeking a full-time Postdoctoral Fellow to work in our adult practice in our St. Louis Park location.  This position will focus on individual psychotherapy.   Park Nicollet will offer in-house supervision towards independent licensure, which will be provided by a Licensed Psychologist and will meet all state and board requirements.  Doctoral degree in psychology or related field is required.  

Our Behavioral Health department includes adult and child/adolescent therapists and psychiatrists, and we provide care to a wide scope of patient populations.  We value a commitment to, and training in, evidence-based care.  Relationship building skills with colleagues are essential as we value partnering with our medical colleagues to provide patients with the best, and most comprehensive, care possible.  We offer outpatient assessment and therapy in both an in-person setting and via telemedicine.

PAY RANGE: 

$36.06 - $37.86

PAY RANGE STATEMENT: 
Compensation is based on the level and requirements of the role. Pay within our ranges may also be determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities as well as internal equity.
