About the Role:
As a Nursing Manager - RN at Regional West Physicians Clinic, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. Minimum Qualifications:
- Active Nebraska RN license
- Graduate of Registered Nurse Program
- Minimum of 2 year of management or supervisory experience
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in an outpatient clinic setting
- Experience with EPIC electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the nursing staff and ensure that they are providing high-quality patient care
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that the clinic is running efficiently
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive comprehensive care
- Provide guidance and support to nursing staff to ensure that they are meeting the highest standards of care
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure that all documentation is up-to-date
