About this role

We are looking for an Associate Director, Insights & Analytics International to join our team and help us make informed decisions that drive meaningful business outcomes. In this role, you will work closely with the Director, Insights & Analytics International, to oversee performance analytics and reporting for our Rare Diseases team across Europe, Canada, and other geographies. Together, we aim to deliver timely and reliable insights that meet the evolving needs of our business.

A Typical Day...

In this role, you will:

  • Lead market research activities and analyze data to deliver clear, actionable insights.
  • Build patient flow models and demand forecasts to support business strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to centralize data management and reporting.
  • Partner with local teams to support field alignment, segmentation, and incentive compensation.
  • Work with marketing and IT teams to implement omnichannel analytics and reporting.

We also value multilingual skills (e.g., German, French, Italian, or Japanese) and prior experience in sales or marketing roles within the biopharmaceutical industry.
