El Especialista de Mejora Continua debe de impulsar la excelencia operativa a través del sistema de negocio RBS. El cuál busca el desarrollo cultural y de resultados de la empresa a través de los principios, conceptos, herramientas y metodologías de mejora. Esta posición está enfocada a mejorar la productividad de los procesos y generación de ahorros de la planta, así como la generación de Cash-Flow y Profit.
HABILIDADES:
1. Conocimiento fuerte en Administración de Proyectos (Nivel: Project Management & Program Management)
2. Conocimiento fuerte en análisis y resolución de problemas (Problem Solving)
3.- Conocimiento en normas ISO 9001
4.- Conocimiento sólido en los principios, conceptos, herramientas y metodologías de mejora continua
5.- Fuerte Líderazgo y persuación para dirigir grupos de personas hacia objetivos claros
6. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita.
PERFIL DE LA POSICION:
Licenciatura en Ingeniería Industrial, Mecanico Administrador o similar
5+ Años de e xperiancia en mejora continua, Opex, lean mfg.
Ingles conversacional avanzado
Experiencia en industrias de Manufactura
Capacidad de ejecutar /planear multiples actividades
Manejo de MS OFFICE, MICROSOF PROJECT, TABLAS DINAMICAS, AUTOCAD, SHAREPOINT.
Visa y pasaporte vigentes.
