Position Summary:
The Test Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated testing systems for production environments, with a strong emphasis on electrical/electronic systems and data-driven analysis. This role ensures quality assurance through effective test strategies and continuous improvement of testing efficiency.
Major Responsibilities:
- Design and implement automated test systems for electrical/electronic components in production.
- Write and maintain test scripts using programming languages
- Analyze test data using tools like Excel,minitab to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities.
- Troubleshoot test equipment and processes during production to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, quality, production) to enhance testing capability.
- Ensure test processes meet quality standards and are aligned with production goals.
- Create documentation for test plans, procedures, and results.
Required Education / Experience / Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in manufacturing test environments.
- Strong knowledge of electronics, electrical circuits, and automated test systems.
- Proficient in programming
- Experience with data analysis tools and techniques.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Fluent in English and Thai (written and spoken).
