Principais responsabilidades:
- Executar o recebimento, conferência e lançamento de documentos fiscais conforme procedimentos internos;
- Lançamento de conhecimento de fretes, notas fiscais de serviço e mercadorias;
- Verificação de valores, quantidades, validação de impostos (IPI, ICMS, ISS, IRRF, PIS, COFINS, CSLL, INSS) checagem com Pedido de Compra (PC), e registro em sistemas ERP LOGIX, verificação de NCM/classificações fiscais;
- Conhecimento em legislação tributária básica e atenção a detalhes para garantir conformidade e entrada correta de materiais na empresa.
- Emitir notas fiscais de importação, notas fiscais de saídas (industrialização, remessas, retornos, devolução de compras);
- Controle de triangulação de industrialização;
- Controlar o registro de saídas de notas na portaria. Executar as rotinas referente ao setor fiscal (entrada de notas de compra, conhecimentos de transporte);
- Auxiliar nas demais demandas administrativas do setor fiscal e atendimento ao público, atendimento de transportadoras.
Qualificações necessárias:
— Experiência anterior de no mínimo de 02 anos atuando com as respectivas atividades da função;
— Conhecimento Básico/Intermediário em Pacote Office;
— Formação Superior em andamento ou concluída em Ciências Contábeis;
— Ter disponibilidade para atuar de forma presencial na planta de São Leopoldo/RS.
Diferencial:
— Conhecimento técnico em legislação tributária;
— Experiência anterior com documentos fiscais;
— Conhecimento na reforma tributária.
