Job Responsibilities
· Lead the design, configuration, deployment, data migration, and production support of Salesforce solutions supporting complex enterprise processes.
· Own end-to-end Salesforce data migration efforts, including data modeling, extraction, transformation, loading (ETL), validation, reconciliation, and post-migration support.
· Design, develop, and maintain SQL and PL/SQL scripts to support data migration, integration, optimization, and ongoing data maintenance.
· Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and synchronization across Salesforce, legacy CRM systems (e.g., Siebel), ERP, billing, and downstream platforms.
· Build and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, and declarative automation (Flows, validation rules, approvals).
· Integrate Salesforce with ERP, order management, billing, and other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
· Act as a technical subject matter expert, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, high-performing, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
· Lead technical design sessions, code reviews, and enforce development best practices and coding standards.
· Provide production support, including incident management, root-cause analysis, performance tuning, defect resolution, and enhancements.
· Collaborate with onsite and offshore teams, mentor developers, and guide technical execution across multiple initiatives.
· Translate business requirements into technical designs, data mapping documents, and solution architecture.
· Work within Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies, contributing to sprint planning, release management, and CI/CD deployments.
· Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including data mappings, migration plans, integration specifications, and operational runbooks.
· Stay current with Salesforce platform releases and industry best practices; proactively recommend improvements.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
· 7+ years of Salesforce platform experience, including hands-on Salesforce development, data migration, and production support.
· Strong experience delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions in a global delivery model.
· Proven ability to translate complex business and data requirements into scalable technical solutions.
· Experience managing multiple priorities and engaging stakeholders in fast-paced environments.
Preferred Salesforce Certifications
· Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
· Salesforce Certified Administrator
· Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant
Technical Skills
· Strong expertise in Salesforce development, configuration, and lifecycle management.
· Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce data migration, SQL/PLSQL development, data validation, and reconciliation.
· Advanced skills in Apex, LWC, Aura components, and Salesforce declarative tools.
· Proficiency in Salesforce security, workflows, sharing rules, and permission sets.
· Solid integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs.
· Experience with .Net and AWS.
· Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD tools such as Copado, Jenkins, GitHub, or Bitbucket.
