The Role

We are looking for Strategic Client Manager to lead and grow relationships with key clients. You will be responsible for developing tailored strategies, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring long-term value for both the client and LexisNexis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of around 25 large, key accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.

  • Develop account plans that align with client goals and business objectives.

  • Identify and pursue opportunities for growth within existing accounts.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs.

  • Maintain accurate forecasts and provide regular updates on account performance.

  • Ensure compliance with data protection and company policies.

  • Gather and share client insights to inform product and service improvements.
