Salary: £25,375 per annum
Manchester City Centre | Hybrid (1 week office / 1 week home)
37.5 hours per week | 8:00am – 4:30pm

Reed Screening is seeking a motivated Customer Service Team Leader to guide and develop our Telephony Screening Team. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and outstanding customer service within one of the UK’s leading screening organisations.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading, coaching and developing a team of Screening Executives to deliver high‑quality, compliant customer service.
  • Managing team performance through KPIs, feedback and continual improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborating with Operations, Risk and key stakeholders to ensure processes are efficient, compliant and customer‑focused.
  • Monitoring workflows, systems and audit outcomes, taking action to maintain and elevate standards.
  • Acting as a central communication point between internal teams, external stakeholders and clients, supporting transparency and strong working relationships.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Call centre leadership experience preferred but not essential.
  • Strong customer service background.
  • Experience managing team performance, coaching, development plans and KPIs.
