Reed Chester is growing and we’re looking for a commercially driven Recruitment Consultant or sales professional who enjoys winning new business, building client relationships, and being rewarded for results.
This is a 360 recruitment role where you’ll manage your own market, develop new clients, and place candidates into roles across a large regional patch.
📞 You’ll spend a lot of time on the phone — this is a sales role at heart. If you enjoy relationship-led sales and converting conversations into revenue, you’ll thrive here.
🚗 Ideally, you’ll be a driver due to client meeting and visits and the large geographical patch
What you’ll be doing:
Generating new business through calls, meetings and networking
Managing and growing client relationships
Sourcing and placing candidates into permanent roles
Handling the full recruitment process end to end
