We’re on the lookout for a Digital Learning Specialist who can turn ideas into engaging online experiences that inspire and empower. If you love mixing creativity with technology and want to make learning exciting, this could be the perfect role for you!

What you’ll be doing:

  • Design amazing content: Create interactive digital learning using video, animation, graphics, and web tools.
  • Own the platform: Take charge of LMS365, making sure learners have a smooth, engaging experience.
  • Collaborate and innovate: Work closely with L&D, IT, and subject matter experts to deliver projects that really make an impact.
  • Build relationships: Manage stakeholders, influence decisions, and keep projects on track.
  • Stay ahead: Explore new trends and tools to keep our learning fresh and future-ready.

What we’re looking for:

  • A creative thinker with a passion for learning tech.
  • Experience with tools like Articulate Rise & Storyline, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, Audition), and video production.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • The ability to make complex ideas simple and engaging.
