Business Manager

Reed – Newcastle upon Tyne
Salary: Up to £55,000 + uncapped bonus & benefits

  • Leading, developing and motivating a team of recruitment consultants
  • Driving revenue growth across existing and new markets
  • Running your own desk and being an expert in your market
  • Identifying opportunities to improve performance, capability and structure
  • Playing a key role in the regional and national leadership conversation
  • Acting as a visible ambassador for Reed in the Newcastle market
