About the role
As part of the Trade Counter team in Canning Vale, you’ll help engineers, project managers and other tradespeople access the products they need to undertake major projects, as well as undertaking other tasks that keep customers happy and the branch running smoothly.
Your day-to-day
A typical day will involve:
- Making deliveries to customers using a company vehicle
- Providing customer service and information about products
- Providing quotes both in person and over the phone
- Undertaking pick packing and stock control activities
- Helping keep the branch tidy and safe
We’d love to hear from you if you’re someone who:
- Has a clean valid MR licence and is open to working various shifts, including weekends
- Has previous experience in delivery driving and customer service and enjoys helping customers both in person and over the phone
- Can pick orders, maintain shop floor displays and ensure information provided is accurate
- Can use a computer and is happy to learn new systems
- Wants to develop their career - either locally, within our network or head office
