As an LVN with Redwood, you’ll play a vital role in supporting residents’ health, independence, and quality of life.
Your day-to-day may include:
Administering medications (Five Rights always βοΈ)
Attending medical appointments and communicating with providers
Supporting daily living activities (meals, grooming, bathing)
Wound care, dressing changes, breathing treatments
G-tube feedings, colostomy care, IM injections
Insulin administration for diabetic individuals
Monitoring vitals, behaviors, seizures, and health changes
Documenting care and reporting unusual incidents
Supporting individuals during behavioral episodes
Participating in fun community outings ππ₯Ύ
Advocating for the people you support
Active LVN License (California) – required
1+ year experience supporting adults with developmental disabilities
First Aid, CPR & CPI certifications
21 years or older
Valid CA Driver’s License
Ability to pass background and pre-employment screenings
