πŸ’Ό What You’ll Do as a DSP II – House Lead

As the House Lead, you’ll be a trusted support, advocate, and role model while helping oversee daily routines and ensuring quality care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain daily routines based on each Individual Program Plan (IPP)

  • Support the development and progress of IPP/ISP goals

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy living environment

  • Encourage community inclusion, family visits, and social activities 🌟

  • Assist with personal care, hygiene, and daily living skills

  • Prepare meals and support housekeeping tasks

  • Transport residents using company vehicles

  • Communicate concerns, incidents, or changes to administrators

  • Step in where needed and lead with positivity and professionalism πŸ’ͺ


πŸŽ“ What We’re Looking For

Required Education & Certifications

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • DSP I & DSP II Certification

  • CPR / First Aid

  • CPI Certification

Experience

  • 3+ years supporting adults with developmental disabilities or mental health needs

  • Experience with challenging behaviors strongly preferred

Driving Requirements

  • Valid in-state driver’s license

  • Must be 21+ years old

  • Proof of current insurance and registration

  • Clean driving record (no more than 2 points in the last 3 years)
