Position Summary
We are seeking compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)/Caregivers to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their daily lives. This role is ideal for someone who is patient, reliable, and passionate about making a positive impact.
Responsibilities

Provide direct care and support based on individual service plans

Assist with daily living activities (personal care, meals, hygiene, etc.)

Support community engagement and life skills development

Promote independence, dignity, and personal choice

Maintain a safe, respectful, and positive environment

Follow all policies related to health, safety, and abuse prevention
