In this role, you will:
- Serve small business owners, insurance brokers, and prospective clients nationwide
- Be responsible for driving new business growth, managing the full sales cycle, and building strong broker relationships
- Directly impact how accessible and affordable healthcare is for working families by helping employers offer cost-free healthcare benefits
This is a hands-on role for someone who:

What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
- Own: Managing the full sales process from lead generation through close and enrollment
- Support: Business owners by educating them on healthcare options and guiding them through enrollment with confidence
- Collaborate with: Insurance brokers and internal teams to support nationwide sales efforts
Improve: Access to healthcare for small businesses by helping them offer competitive, cost-free benefits - Advocate for: Small businesses and their employees by helping them understand the value and impact of Redirect Health
A strong performer in this role is known for:
- Building trust-based relationships with brokers and business owners
- Communicating clearly and confidently about complex healthcare topics
- Consistently delivering new business growth and successful enrollments
