About the role:
You are a sales professional with strong Key Account Management DNA and the primary point of contact for your top accounts in Belgium - particularly brands from Consumer Health Care and Beauty & Personal Care. You build a robust sales pipeline, confidently close annual deals, and scale client budgets.
At the intersection of e-commerce, data, and advertising solutions, you work closely with Campaign Management to design data-driven Retail Media strategies and position Redcare as a relevant branding and performance channel across the entire customer journey.
About your tasks:
Strategic client consulting: You manage a portfolio of key accounts, analyze their business and marketing objectives, and translate them into tailored Retail Media strategies.
Negotiation & deal closing: You independently lead annual and in-year commitment negotiations (including forecasting, deal structures, offer design, and contract closure) through to successful completion.
High-impact campaign steering: Together with Campaign Management, you ensure that each campaign achieves the branding and performance goals of your key accounts.
Account growth & revenue development: You identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, develop new initiatives, and support your key accounts as a long-term growth partner.
Data-driven insights & market feedback: You monitor the overall performance of your key accounts, derive optimization opportunities, and actively contribute your learnings to the further development of our portfolio.
About you:
Sales experience in media or e-commerce: Around 4 years of experience in Retail Media, Digital Sales, or Digital Advertising, with strong expertise in onsite and programmatic formats (e.g. Sponsored Products, Display Ads).
Negotiation skills at decision-maker level: Proven experience with annual business agreements (JBPs, tiers, rate cards) and a track record of success in budget negotiations and client retention.
Analytical & entrepreneurial mindset: You act in a data-driven and goal-oriented manner and use KPIs as steering instruments.
Team player with an ownership mentality: You work independently and solution-oriented, valuing close collaboration with Campaign Management, Data, Ad Tech, and Strategic Procurement teams.
Languages: Dutch, French at C1 level and fluent English.
Work model & mobility: You enjoy working largely remote but are also willing to meet regularly with your team in Belgium (3x week).
