About the Role
We’re looking for a Desktop Support Specialist to join our Technology and Development (T&D) team on a full-time, permanent basis. Reporting to the IT Support Manager, you will be at the front line of our technology operations, providing the high-quality support that keeps our retail business running smoothly.
In this role, you’ll act as a bridge between technology and our people, ensuring our systems are secure, functional, and always available. This is a great opportunity to use your technical skills and logical thinking to solve complex problems while helping us improve our digital workspace through automation.
